These terms govern services provided by JB Contractors ("JB Contractors", "we", "us"). By accepting our quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on information available at the time of quotation. If site conditions differ from those apparent during assessment, we may need to revise the quotation.
For smaller projects, payment is due on completion. For larger projects, we may request staged payments as work progresses. Payment terms will be specified in our quotation. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
We will agree start dates and expected duration before commencing work. Timescales may be affected by weather, access issues, or unforeseen complications. We will communicate any changes promptly.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for carrying out agreed work. If access is restricted or delayed, this may affect project timelines and costs.
All our workmanship is guaranteed as specified in our quotation. Guarantees cover defects arising from our workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage from storms, accidents, or subsequent alterations by others.
We maintain public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Any changes to agreed work must be confirmed in writing. Additional work will be quoted separately before proceeding.
You may cancel before work commences with reasonable notice. If we have incurred costs (materials ordered, etc.), these may be chargeable. Once work has started, charges will apply for work completed.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
